Steps To Download The EPF Passbook Online

There are few steps mentioned below on how you can download your EPF passbook online.

According to the EPFO, you can easily carry out the online procedure of downloading your EPF Passbook with your UAN number. You can, later on, save it and review your past or upcoming withdrawals.

1. Login to the EPFO portal

So, this is the first step of the pavement. Here, you need to visit the site https://unifiedportal.epfindia.gov.in for subscribing yourself. Login by using your user name, password and the security code.

2. View Passbook

After logging in to the EPFO portal, you need to enter the member ID to view your passbook. The member ID will appear on the screen. You have to select the “Select member ID to view passbook” option.

3. Download Your Passbook Online

After entering the details, you would get to see your passbook in a new tab. This is how the passbook will look.

All you need to do is wait for another 3 working days and re-visit the page. Your e-passbook is ready to download.You would get an option “Download Passbook.” Click on that option and you will have your passbook in your device.

Pre-requisite To Download EPF Statement

Your account must registered on Member e-Sewa portal. You have to wait for 6 hours to look for the EPF statement if you are registering on the portal for the first time.

The EPF statement contains details as your EPF account number, provident fund and pension scheme details etc.
