Hey! My name is Naomi Mae McFarland and I am looking towards going to Tanzania, Africa in the hope of helping and sharing God's word to the Messi people with my youth group at Northwood Alliance church in Blaine, Wa. In 2013 we are hoping to arrive in Tanzania and stay there for three weeks. Our goal is to share God's love in spreading his word, helping those who are in need, and building a foundation for a church. In order to do this I'm afraid money is a big factor. It would be wonderful if anyone could donate money towards our fund in going to Africa. I need about $4,000, for just me to go. There are 13 people, including me, that are planning and fund raising to go on this trip with me and we are all working hard in trying to save up enough money for us to go. Please help us and invest in our trip. It would mean alot to us if you would.
If you would like to know a little bit about me I am a young adult who's dream is to help others. In my opinion it seems that we, as humans, have the responsibility and power to help and care for others who are in need of it as God would want us to. I am a Christian, and a passionate follower of the Bible. Going to Africa and helping the Messi people would help me fulfill my dream in helping others who are in need. As I grew up I watched people around me in need of help. I then watched my generous Father help those in need and it was then when I too began to grow a passion for helping others. Your donation would mean a great lot. Anything helps.
