I plan to study the effect of regular SMS/text messege reminders and health information to pregnant women, on the reduction of bad outcomes in both mother and child in rural India. The maternal mortality and morbidity in India is very high in Rural India. One of the major cause is lack of regular and timely Anti Natal Care. If successful, this can revolutionalise the notification services currently used in rural India.
