 My name is @DjTerrence and I am a DJ with a dream. .

Corporate media has changed the broadcasting industry from an entertainment outlet into a profit driven operation.This happened when local media outlets were bought by multi - national media conglomerates.

The Latino community and music genre have suffered due to this shift in priorities and extreme corporate greed. Several years ago, I created and ran a Latino urban Internet radio while attending Saint Ambrose University. I was able to attract a strong global audience for the short time the station was broadcasting on the Internet.

Unfortunately, I was not able to maintain the Internet radio station on a permanent basis due to time and money constraints. I now have the opportunity and ability to use my talents and abilities to create a permanent full time Internet broadcasting presence.

My goal is to create an Internet multimedia website to help promote Latin urban musicians and the Latino culture. I want to offer live audio / video streaming, audio / video podcasting, relevant music information and international news that affects the Latino community.
