Help Support Parents of Micro-Preemie Babies

Imagine your new born baby fitting in the palm of your hand.  That is the reality for parents of micro-preemie babies.  Unfortunately, babies born this early depend on a myriad of medical equipment to help sustain their life and give them a chance at survival, so it may be weeks or months before their parents get to hold them.

Jennifer and Nick Hall know the roller-coaster ride that parents of micro-preemies face. Their son, Graham and daughter, Reece were born at only 25 weeks gestation on Thanksgiving day 2006.  Their son Graham weighed 1 lb 4 oz, their daughter Reece, 1 lb 9 oz.  They lost Graham after only 45 days and Reece spent 4 months in the neo-natal intensive care unti before she was able to go home.  Three weeks later she was back in the hospital for another major surgery.

Jennifer and Nick created Graham's Foundation to provide care packages that offer both practical and emotional support for the parents of micro-preemies during their journey in the NICU.

In recognition of November's National Prematurity Awareness Month, Graham's Foundation is seeking micro-payments to support parents of micro-preemie babies.  Below is a suggested donation amount based on the birth weight of the micro-preemie in your life.  You are of course welcome to donate as much as you would like.
