Our 4 year old Kaylah loved a pony that died of cancer and she was heartbroken, we have spent the last year trying to get her over it and understand that it happens sometimes with pets, Michael bought her a horse that she has been riding and learning responsibility with and shes been doing wonderfully with it, a year ago, before she was ours, her horse got impaled by a fence post and some of the wood was caught in her muscle, we did not realize there was wood left in there when we got her, we got together the money to pay the vet to remove it but over the last few months it has come apparent that there was some wood that was missed, its causing alot of infection and muscle issues and it has to be removed to save her horse, the vet who originally did the surgery is not taking any responsibility to remove the remaining pieces and we have had to find a new vet, we finally found a vet who is fully capable of fixing this and is going to cut us a great deal because he feels bad for us and princess but the bill is still going to cost us over $1100.00 which is a huge amount for our family, we just dont have it. I contacted a lawyer to see if we could recover some of the money from the first surgery but theres not anything we can do but move forward.
