I am a single mom and a full time student that just had to have my dog Natalie's leg amputated.  She broke her leg a month ago and after many vet appointments and a lot of money spent to save her leg, they informed me that it wasn't healing and that I would have to have a surgery that would cost me 4,000 dollars, which I did not have. My other option was to have it amputated which I still could not afford but was way cheaper.  I could not see putting her down because of a broken leg.  The vet was kind enough to let me set up a payment plan, but my bank account has been drained due to all the vet bills.  I am looking for any help that I can get.  This has been extremely difficult for the kids and I.  It broke my heart to have to explain what had happened to their dog.  Praise God she is home now and recovering.  She is just extra special now.
